I wanted to surprise a special someone for Valentines day so decided to order a cookie for delivery. I've never tried it before myself so also wanted to try a giant cookie. I placed my order very early. But then I read bad reviews on it arriving late, damaged etc & customer services not getting back in time... I decided to email customer services with my worries & they emailed me back within an hour! Reassuring me about everything. Thank you so much. I recieved delivery & tracking details once the cookie was dispatched & it arrived within the hour time slot given in really good condition & tasted so good! I'm not sure why so many bad reviews. My very first experience has been fantastic. Will definitely use again in the future. Again, thank you for a good service.

Shocking appearance when it came, name spelt wrong, cookie broken and icing had run will nit order again and rubbish customer service

Taste ok, but I was unable to do individual layers like the shop, and it arrives squashed could not see the icing.

Ordered for my Granddaughters birthday
As her birthday was in lockdown,I thought it would make a nice surprise.
I ordered well in advance but unfortunately it arrived 2 days after due date.

Lovely cookie, same great taste it's always been since I was a child! But such a shame..its gone so so thin! You don't get very much cookie at all for the price. I paid 25 pounds inc carriage! Not worth it for such a thin cookie. It used to be cheaper than that and alot thicker! I won't be buying another one unless it goes back to how it used to be. You would be better off making the cake smaller and thicker.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cookies and a fine assorted mix. Succulently sweet and not too hard to bite through. The mix was a pleasant surprise as not really knowing what to expect.
